1. What made you start Aconveyancing?
I believe I could provide a bespoke service to our clients. I have been involved previously in setting up a conveyancing firm and have also headed up various conveyancing departments, so running my own was my ultimate goal and allows me to work my own way and provide a high quality service by managing the volume of work I do. Service is key, there is no point drowning yourself with work and having your customers suffer.
2. How long have you been conveyancing for?
Since graduating from law school in 2004!
3. What are your aims as a company?
To provide a high quality and personal service to clients. The client always comes first! We want to put the professionalism back in the industry and make sure all of our staff are experienced and highly qualified.
4. What is going to make Aconveyancing unique compared to other conveyancers?
The personal and reliable service. We believe communication is paramount to illuminate the well known stress clients often experience when moving house. We can deal with complex matters and want to maintain good client relationships.
5. Is it simply conveyancing you do, or do you undertake any other aspects of law?
Yes residential conveyancing is our specialism – sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, right to buys, new builds, declaration of trusts, 3rd party advice.
6. What areas in the UK do you cover? Could you explain why you may not need a local conveyancer?
Yes we can deal with clients nationally (England and Wales but not Scotland). All communication can be done via email so there is no need to attend the office in person. We can offer home visits to elderly or vulnerable clients.
7. A lot of customers can find the conveyancing process a little confusing. What can you do to help this?
We can guide clients through the process or provide them with guides of each stage.
